April 2023

April...

April was a weird weather month.

It was freezing.

It snowed like every day... for real.

So we loved our Puerto Vallarta trip...

and how cute was Mia on the Wursten family Disney Cruise (actually the Johnson family Disney Cruise)

But in Utah.. it did NOT look like that haha.

There was General Conference.

 Apparently we did baptisms... a LOT in April because there are multiple pictures haha

Dance drives are still frequent with this cutie.

My weekly visit to Fielding to help in Mrs. Horman's class.

She honestly... is the best teacher ever!

Lydia's soccer season started up again.

And this day was a GREAT day.

The ENTIRE family (minus Jadyn I'm noticing in the picture??) came out for it.

Only to find out that it was a scrimmage.

And ALL of us were weirded out when we walked up and saw there were men playing on Lydia's team??  It was like coaches and random guys playing with them.  But we were ALL there to support whatever it was. hahaha

GC Girls Golf...

So I mentioned the April weather.

Starting girls golf when the courses still had snow on them... was impossible.

The matches kept getting pushed.

Then cancelled.

It was bad.

Practices were changed to simulators in some of the players garages.

It was NOT a normal season. haha

There were two busy/fun dance competition Saturdays in April.

One at Logan High and one Granger High.

Sometimes I see my Jady and it shocks me.

Cuz I think... "Wait... where did my little timid, shy, quiet Jady go????"

SHE'S FREAKING GORGEOUS!

And she's not shy, I'd say she ranks a super close 2nd to Saige on the outgoing scale... and I NEVER would have thought that back when she was four years old and making Lisa run all over trying to find her a toilet without an automatic flush!!

But that has nothing to do with this hahaha

She rocked GC's Junior Prom.

Her date was Joseph Fonnesbeck,

they had a blast.

I wish time would stop!!

Mia's 2nd Birthday Party.

What a smart little thing our big girls is.

Of course it was adorable. Tayler did an amazing job with her Beauty and the Beast Par-tea!

I can't believe she's already two!!

I must admit... I love April, but this April was way too cold!!

I was ready for May... which turned out to be only a little bit more warm and a little bit less wet than April.  But definitely better haha.
