April 2021

 April looked like this...

Dance Competitions.

Jadyn is such a lovely dancer.  I love watching that girl!

I like watching hip hop...but it doesn't photograph great. haha

Lydia had 3 super fun dances.
I love watching her.

What a great month of Green Canyon Golf.

What a funny sport, it's rare to be happy the whole match... a bad shot here, then a great one, then 3 bad ones.  Yikes the emotions from my Kenna are exhausting. hahaha

But she played awesome!  And had 3 of her best scores ever in April.  She placed 10th and 8th in the region at those matches!

There were a couple bitterly cold matches... but even her friends came to see her.

This year Jadyn is playing JV and in April she played in two matches... I wish she would have had the chance for more.  But in May they had a JV match all their own.

There was Senior night... these girls could NOT have been more happy.  They FINALLY beat Ridgeline that day... first time in 4 years!

Saige came to the match on Mia's Birthday.
The match where I had a message that Tay was at a 7 but that I shouldn't come yet.
I couldn't do it... I left after hole 6 to head to the hospital. haha

One day Cooper Pond (Melanie and Jason's boy) snapchatted... (hahaha) Kenna and asked her to Logan's Junior Prom 5 days before the dance.

She was excited and a little nervous.  The day date was to be @ Top Golf in Murray... but when they got there the wait was 3 hours.  So they headed back to Syracuse for fun @ "The Rush".

We didn't have time to find a new dress, and she was a great sport about wearing one she'd already worn.

I'll forever think of  him as a total gentleman since he showed up for the date with a bouquet of flowers for Kenna... AND one for me.

She had a fabulous time!

The next weekend was Green Canyon's Spring Fling with Abe Olson. (Girls Choice)

I was at a dance competition, so a big thanks to Tayler for taking pictures of her.

There were soccer games...

Windy, cold ones. haha

There was the Cedar Ridge Mile for Lydia.

A Saturday service project for the youth in our ward.

Our first cookout of the year.

And best of all.
Mia Jade Wursten was born on April 29th 2021.

Tayler was a rockstar!
I was so proud of her.
And what a blessing it was to be able to be there with them to witness Mia enter this world.
God is great and what a miracle babies and childbirth are.

I'm so excited that I get to be a Nana to this precious little angel!

April was a great one.
I'm happy to be back to the busyness that spring brings!
