Tayler and Jaden are engaged...

Boy time flies!!

Tayler and Jaden are almost halfway through their engagement.

Which makes me get a little panicky when I think about how much there is to do before that big, expensive da
August 11, 2017.

But back on April 17, Shane got a call from Jaden that he would like to talk to us...
and that he was on his way over right then.

He sat both of us down in the family room.

And proceeded to tell us that he had just bought a ring, and that he was hoping to propose to her... tonight if that was OK with us. Well gosh... what if one of us had said no! ;););)

I guess it was obvious to him that we were not going to object. ;)

We helped him round up some decorations, he called Tayler's friend Kristen to help setup and pick up some stuff, then he had Saige get her friend Marissa to take pictures and make a video...
and he told Tayler he would pick her up at 8:30.

Which was when her studying session was going to get over, but then it didn't...

until after 10.

She was very, very surprised it happened that night.

Jaden had everything setup in his grandparents backyard, and it went something like this...

So it's official!

And I'm off to get planning the hundred things left to do!
