Tayler turned 18.
She's an adult.
So she partied worked ALL day!
Welcome to adulthood Tay. :)
The fam took her to breakfast at Kneaders.
Then she was off for a 5 hour shift @ the shack.
We visited her there...
she opened her presents haha
and received heartfelt messages from her sisters...
Then she drove to Bear Lake and had a 6 hour shift @ Zipz.
Thanks Kels for bringing her a cake to the cabin after work!
I think she had plenty of fun into the wee hours with her friends.
Just another reminder that my little girl isn't so little anymore. :(
Kenna turned 12.
How? I'm not sure!
She still seems 8 to me. :(
She had a friend party, with a bunch of cute girls.
Snacks, a ride on MarDell's train, cake and ice cream and a movie on the lawn.
It was a pretty great night.
Her real birthday is the 3rd.
We spent most of the day finishing up packing for our vacation to Maui that we were going on the next morning. But we made time for a Barbeque to celebrate both of their birthdays + the 4th of July.
I remember the year Kenna was born, Tayler was turning 6.
She was SOOO excited for a new sister but she had one request.
"Please, please, please, please, please don't have her on my birthday,
and DON'T let it mess up my party."
Kenna was born 3 1/2 weeks early (weighing a healthy 8 lbs).
So glad she didn't make her entrance two days before but waited until 9:00 PM on the 3rd just in time for the fireworks to start.
It's so nice of the city to throw a big party for her every year. :)
Love you both so much and hope this year is filled with all things good!
