Saige's 14th Birthday...

The Birthday Season has begun at our house.

Saige is the 1st...

 

and she is now 14...

Can't believe our little baby,

is not so little anymore. :(

We had a whole weekend of "Saige Fun".

Started out with 4 cute friends coming with her for a day/night at Bear Lake.

We left right after school got out for the year...

and headed to Temptation Cupcake to pick us out treats for later.

The girls had a great time...

 

They swam at the pool... (and even dunked in icy Bear Lake), watched movies, played games.

I think they had a pretty great time together.

I was super excited to surprise Saige with "floating lanterns"...

to launch over the Lake.

She had mentioned several time how awesome that would be (like every time she watches Tangled).

Ummm... didn't quite go as planned...

They didn't float,

just flamed,

and yeah... Ideal Beach wasn't super happy about the idea either!

We headed home pretty early the next morning to get Saige back for dance.

Later Shane and I took her to Callaway's for dinner.

Then she's REALLY been wanting to see "The Host" so I took her to that late show.

We both read the book,

and

enjoyed the book much more than the movie...

But it was fun anyway of course.

Sunday June 2nd was the actual "Day".

There were presents...

and cute pictures with her sisters.

and then friends/family for cake.

 We ended the night with a rockin' game of kickball.

So much fun!

It was a fabulous night,

Hope your 14th Birthday was all that you hoped it would be.

What a beautiful, talented, energetic, fun, sweet, smart, caring girl you are.
