September was great.
The weather was beautiful and the days were full.
There were soccer games for Lydia.
We celebrated Grandparents day the 10th.
We gave our old 'leather peeling' sectional away...
and after 1.5 years I FINALLY picked out a new one.
There was an ice cream date with this cutie.
Workshops @ Tueller's
and Green Canyon's Homecoming week for Jadyn.
With Senior Sunrise...
Colorfest...
the Parade...
(These two DEFINITELY got enough candy. haha)
The Powder Puff Game on a cold rainy night.
They won the 1st game and played in the finals.
2nd place isn't a bad finish. ;)
The Homecoming Game...
and to finish up a busy exciting Homecoming week... there was the Dance with Colin Ekstrom.
Jadyn looked gorgeous of course!!
As per usual, the day AFTER Homecoming the girls started asking to Sadies.
So Jadyn did the same...
that's a 3 gallon chunk of ice with her name in it.
There was a Stacked date with Lydia.
Shane spent time working in the Philadelphia Temple...
and McAllen... and Oakland... and Tallahassee Temples.
Without a doubt September 25th was the best day of the whole month!
Precious Max Tayler Wursten was born around 12:30 PM
weighing 8 lbs 6 oz and 20.5" long.
Tayler was literally a rockstar!
They had to be to the hospital at 5 am.
(I went to their house to tend Mia then.)
The nurse didn't start her until about 6:30... and 6 hours later this little bundle of joy was born.
It was lots quicker than we all thought.
Jadyn had come over from GC during her lunch to play with me and Mia.
I ran to Fredrico's to pick up food, then Whips for drinks, then stopped off at Lowe's to get that hammer for Jady's Sadie's asking.
I was just walking in to Lowe's when Tayler called to say she was ready to push.
So I ran out of Lowe's, dropped the food off to Jadyn and had her miss her last two classes of the day to tend Mia, and I hurried to the Specialty Hospital.
From the time Tay called til' little Max was born was only about 20-25 minutes.
Tayler had invited me, Chalisa (Jaden's mom), Saige and Kenna to be there for the birth.
Chalisa got there after me, but Kenna made it just in time from the child development lab @ USU.
Poor Saige didn't make it. :(
She hadn't got a sub for the day because we all assumed she would have time to finish out her teaching day before he was born. But we were wrong and she didn't make it, she was kicking herself that she hadn't just gotten a sub for the day!!
There's Tay looking perfect after just giving birth. haha
Mia was a little confused, but sweet with him.
His hair is the best!
What a precious perfect angel he is!
September was beautiful and full of all things good!
