November 2022

Utah State Basketball Games started up.  At this particular game my parents were out of town and Kenna was tending for the Allen's.  So we had all the Allen kids with us.

Miss Sadie is OBSESSED with the "chwerweaders".  That is until Kenna arranges for her to see them. hahaha  She did pretty good this time.

We told Lydia and Jadyn that we were going on the Disney Wonder for Christmas.

December 11-14th

They were MORE than excited! I tried posting the video but it's too big for without uploading it to youtube.

Tayler and Jaden provided all the sweatshirts for us, they're so cute!!  I promise to post plenty of pictures/videos of the real event because we had a fantastic time!

Baptisms...

My mom and dad took us to a "gala" @ the Country Club.  We didn't know what to expect, but it turned out to be a fun night, with of course delicious food. (I'd apparently eaten all of mine by then. haha)

There was Sadie's dance for Jadyn and her cute date.  She had a fabulous time!

Jadyn had her wisdom teeth removed...

Poor thing!

She had some chubby cheeks for a few days.
We purposely did it the week of Thanksgiving so that she would only have to miss one day of school and she'd have a long break to recover.  She appreciated that part of it because she had some pretty chubby cheeks for a few days.

I had a skin cancer removed the next morning... and it looked like I was in a knife fight and lost.

But it didn't hurt at all.  I was pleasantly surprised about that.

There was Thanksgiving only 3 days after that.  Poor Jady opted for mashed potatoes mostly.

Games at our house that night.

Gosh I'm grateful for family.
And especially grateful to live to live so close to family, what a blessing!

Our tree hunting experience is always an adventure.  This year was pretty uneventful except that I left my boots sitting in the kitchen. Oops.  Thank heavens Saige's trunk was filled with a load for the DI that included a pair of old boots... boots that were a size or 2 too large, with zero traction and not really made for the snow.  But MUCH better than the shoes that my water bottled had spilled on in the truck would have been!!

We missed having Tayler, Jaden and Mia with us this year.  They were off for Thanksgiving week with the Wursten's in Kauaii enjoying the sun.  We did have a new guy join us though... Quincy Wildman.  He's been hanging out at our house with Kenna a LOT lately, into the wee hours of the morning.  We all think he's pretty great + he's strong... so we let him come. ;)

A few other random moments from November...

And that was November.
