December is always super busy + Super awesome!

During our trip to DC there was Cheer Kids Camp. 

Lydia was pretty tired so their helping her out a little bit. ;)

Thanks Tay for driving them back and forth to dance that day!

The next week they performed @ a SV Basketball Game.

My parents have been super great at getting to all the games this year!

The boys + girls basketball teams are playing fantastic.  Super fun to watch!

We all made it to the Nibley live Nativity.

We had our 11th annual caroling party...

hard to believe we moved into our house 12 years ago... when Kenna was 18 months!!

After caroling a super fun... but heated (for some ;)) spoons tournament.

We went to...

Always a fun time, but I thought this year was superb!

Tayler loves Pickleville... enough that she and Kelsee were the backstage helpers this year.

That means she saw the show LOTS of times.

Both @ the Ellen Eccles and @ several performances in SLC.

And when she had a night off, she went with Jaden and his family ... 

and then again with other friends to SLC.

 She's a true fan + loves her "famous" bestie Kenzie. ;)

Saige went to the Temple Square lights with the 5th ward Laurel's and Priest's.

Then back a few days later on a date.

We had our Ward Christmas Party.

Went to lots of Sky View basketball games.

And Utah State Basketball Games.

Saw Santa at the Falslev Christmas Party.

Earlier in the month Tayler& Jaden took them to see the big guy @ Freckle Farm too.

We heard from some of our favorite people.

Kenna took a cookie decorating class.

We had our annual sleep under the tree night.

Tayler was a bridesmaid for her friend Rachel Geddes and...

Oh dear...

They played in the snow.

Jadyn gave her Taiwan report. :)

Shane sliced his hand...

OUCH!

We had our Random Acts of Kindness night.

Our ward's Primary kids sang @ the Pioneer Valley Lodge for their Sacrament meeting one Sunday.

Jadyn "baked" @ Activity Days.

The three youngest played their Christmas songs @ Logan Valley Nursing.

Lydia was not happy that she was sick and had to miss it. :(

Saige kept up her "Temple Thursday" tradition with this cute group of friends.

This is at the Brigham City Temple, but they go each Thursday to the Logan Temple @ 5:30 am!

Then rotate houses for breakfast before heading off to school @ 7:15.

We had to say goodbye to our amazing 5th ward.

More xoxoxoxoxo to awesome friends + leaders for my girls!

Oh, how we will miss seeing so many great people each week.

We are now transitioning into the Elk Ridge Ward... making new friends and adding to our "circle".

The little ones loved finding our "mischievous" elf Simon every morning.

We went to a USU basketball game @ the Energy Solutions Arena in SLC.

Tay and Jaden went too, but they had better seats than us. ;)

(And it would have been more fun if the Aggie's had won! GRRRRR! )

Saige went with her friends to the Midway Ice Castles...

and she held a pig for an assembly @ Lydia's school.

Well... kind of held a pig.

When she told me they had asked her to bring the school mascot "Paws", and that they wanted her to hold the piglet while the teachers kissed it as a reward for the reaching the school goal in reading. 

 + told me she had said YES...

even after the "super sweet" lady told her, "he may wet himself, I'd bring a change of clothes."  

I laughed out loud and then she asked me if,  "the piglet would move very much."

... I knew it was going to be pretty funny!!!

Lydia's teacher Shelby took some videos for me, but I found this gem on the Herald Journal website. hahahaha

I'm not sure which one is more scared!!

Tayler sent out her "roommate" Christmas Card. hahaha

And we sent ours. :)

There wasn't one dull moment in December.

Such a fantastic month to finish out 2016!!
