Lydia's Preschool Dance Review....

Lydia had been counting down the days until her dance review.

She was SO excited to show us what she had learned this year.

And SO excited that ALL of her sisters would be there to watch her,

since it's usually her watching her sisters. haha

Sadly, Grandma Falslev's funeral ended up being this same day. :(

I didn't know what to do, obviously she should be there for her Grandma's funeral.

But she had dress rehearsal all day and I didn't want her to miss that either...

+ I love dress rehearsal... it's my time to watch her, take pictures, video her and have it be just her special day. 

So glad I was able to go for the first little bit, and thanks to Melanie for taking care of her and bringing her to the cemetery to meet us after the funeral.

Lydia is one lucky little girl to have big sisters to do her hair and makeup.

She felt like a princess can you tell???

 

And she's pretty lucky that Saige was one of her teachers all year... 

and I might add Saige was fantastic at leader their class on all night!!

And that night when it came time for the review...

well she had an ENTIRE fan club on the first couple rows cheering her on.

And members of that fan club brought her ARMFULS of flowers... and treats... and balloons. haha

 

Josh is getting married... (to Kayla not JC haha)

When I told Lydia that they were "engaged" she was quite concerned that he wasn't old enough for that, but then said, "Oh, well that explains why they've been spending so much time together!!"

Lydia approves...

and so do the rest of us. :)
