It's Summer...

The kids are out of school and we are ready for a great summer... although we are hoping that one day we won't have to wear our coats...  It has been cold!  Like at Kenna's first "coach pitch" baseball game that seemed more like weather from an early spring soccer game...

(the butterfly on the cheek is from the local libraries kickoff party... which also got rained out.)

... so glad they called it early, we were soaked!!

Oh and for those that don't live around here... guess what it looked like 2 weeks ago on our Bear Lake - Memorial Day Weekend...

It melted off each morning... but it was still cold... and not very kick-off-to-summer like!!
Not saying we didn't have a fun time though...

Jadyn is as she says, "out of soccer, and into T-ball".  We didn't explain much about the game of baseball before her first game.  She had practiced swinging at the T...  but obviously she didn't know what to do after that since she hit it... and then turned and looked at us, like, "what now??"

One thing Jadyn does well is "hold her position".  Meaning wherever her coach places her... she STAYS - the ball has to come RIGHT to her... or she just watches it roll right by her. :)

This one came RIGHT to her.  The coach is now explaining about where to THROW it!  :)  hehehehe  I love T-ball - fabulous entertainment!!

Lydia has a new favorite game too...

Our family is ready for a jam-packed summer...

And our job charts ready (created/designed and made without being asked by Tayler and Saige. :))

We are ready... we just need some sun!
