We waited until my little Jady turned 12.
Then the very next day we headed out on our Utah Temple Tour.
Our goal was to do baptisms in as many Temples in Utah as we could.
Logan, Salt Lake and Provo were closed, but we made it to...

I bought each of them one of these cute passport books.
It tells about each Temple and then you can get a stamp with the date of each Temple you have been too.
It seems pretty straight forward, but I did have an experience at the Ogden Temple that lead to me having to talk to the Temple President to get it.
I thought I was going to die of embarrassment... and he wondered why workers were making such a big deal about stamping our books.

After 5 Temples we were hungry and ready for dinner at the Pie Pizzeria, followed by swimming in the hotel pool.
The next morning, bright and early...
We were off to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple

the wait for baptims was like 2.5 hours.
We had another reservation in Payson that we needed to get to, so after they got all dressed... I made them get redressed with a promise that we'd catch this one another day.
We ended with Payson
It was such a great experience I hope these 5 girls loved it as much as I did.
We started out with more than 250 names.
And we finished ALL of the baptisms and confirmations.
Our last even of our two days was visiting the Hall of Breakfast in SLC.
Have you heard of it??
I thought it was weird.
Maybe my caption on Instagram will explain it here as well...
"Hmmmm... The Hall of Breakfast... what a strange experience. A couple of my girls were dying to go... so we went. I've decided that I'm going to come up with a "hall of... (insert anything here)". All I'll need to do is find a warehouse, paint five rooms with brightly colored walls, come up with a theme, add some lights, charge a huge amount of $, get people to post on Instagram... and people will come!?! The five girls that I was with loved it, and we also took a million pictures like everyone else. But personally I didn't love it so much (except watching the girls have so much fun), like I look like I'm having a blast, but really I was just trying to figure out why so many people were there? Young people, couples and groups of grown adult women primping with their girlfriends having full on photo shoots. Admittedly, I might just be jealous that they looked like they had just come from head to toe makeovers for the event?? All I knew is that when I open my "hall of something" I hope you'll all come."

NOTHING... there is no food at the "Hall of Breakfast".
Just $20/person to take pictures.
The girls loved it, I shouldn't be so mean.
But I thought the Temple part was MUCH better!! ;)
